We obtain a detailed company profile to understand the client's needs and challenges, and, if appropriate, we consult with the client to develop a customized job description, salary range and benefit plan.

We utilize creative recruiting techniques to hand-pick candidates for the position. We couple the recruiting process with a complete screening of all candidates. Before a resume is sent to the client, prospective applicants are interviewed, assessed for skill competency, and reference and background checks are completed. Only candidates who match the skill and experience requirements will be presented to the client, who maintains control over their own interview procedures. Premier Personnel can assist with the presentation of a job offer and any ensuing salary and benefits negotiations.

After a match is determined and a hire date is established, Premier Personnel assesses a fee based on the candidate's annual salary. Within the guarantee period, if the client is not satisfied or the employee resigns, Premier Personnel will refill the position at no additional charge to the client.
