- Description:
- We are seeking skilled persons to support our customers with onsite technical support for Windows and network architectures. Our customer base is throughout the Washington D.C. area, and includes small to medium enterprises. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your capabilities in designing and implementing network technologies, Windows environments, multi-vendor security solutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Onsite technical support to our customers
- Installation of new hardware and software
- Troubleshooting system problems and assisting users
- Recommendations on how to improve performance and functionality
- Skills:
- Experience in providing technical support
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, Windows Server, Exchange Server, Firewalls, A/V, A/S, other security technologies, wireless networks, diagnostic tools, and remote management.
- Knowledge of major vendor products, including Microsoft, Symantec, Cisco/Linksys, McAfee, Sonic Wall, etc.
