If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Premier Personnel temporary employee, you wil not be billed for the temporary's serices for that day.

Timely Update

For same-day orders, a Premier Personnel coordinator will get back to you within 15 minutes to let you know the status of your order. For next-day orders, a coordinator will respond within 30 minutes.

Performance Checks

After the initial morning arrival check, an afternoon check is conducted to make certain the employee is performing to your satisfaction. We also do an end-of-the-week check, which enables us to monitor the employee's ongoing performance.

Insurance Protection

For your protection, each temporary employee is insured according to industry standards. If you have specific concerns, please contact us.

Customized Invoicing

Premier Personnel will customize your weekly invoices to meet your specific requirements. We offer a variety of payment options, including electronic transfer and credit card.

Delivery of Paychecks

When you have at least 5 Premier personnel employees working at one job site, Premier Personnel will deliver their weekly paychecks to that site. We can also arrange for direct deposit of paychecks.

Projects

Premier Personnel can customize recruiting for your long- and short-term projects.

Standby Services

Premier Personnel is always ready or your last-minute needs. Between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m. we have temporary employees ready to fill your emergency situation.
